What we did

We matched transport to each consignment by size and weight, planned routes around how far out each point lay, and staggered the departures to a schedule. Every vehicle was tracked until the cargo changed hands.

The brief

Move oversized industrial equipment from China to Tashkent with every stage closed by one contractor — from loading at the plant to unloading on the client's site.

What we did

We sourced transport to the machine's actual dimensions, arranged the loading and securing, and routed it through the Ucha crossing. The international leg, customs support, unloading and on-site coordination were all ours.

Outcome

The press machine reached Tashkent on the agreed date. The client held one conversation instead of negotiating with a contractor on every leg of the route.

The brief

Deliver cargo whose weight and diameter put it outside standard carriage, from a Taiwanese port to the Fergana Valley.

What we did

We planned the route around the cargo's actual figures, sourced specialised transport for the oversized load, and joined the sea leg to the road leg with no idle time in port. The carriage was watched at every stage through to unloading.

Outcome

The cargo reached Kokand intact, and every transfer between modes went to plan.

The brief

A supplier of cosmetology products came to us to bring a consignment out of Spain to Tashkent. The goods are expensive and sensitive to conditions in transit, and they had to be collected from the manufacturer's warehouse urgently — before the European holidays began.

What we did

We arranged prompt collection from the manufacturer's warehouse while it was still open. We checked the set of accompanying documents — invoices, packing list and the rest — and prepared the customs paperwork and the insurance. The cargo was packed with protection against temperature swings and sent as groupage.

Outcome

The cargo arrived in perfect condition, with no delays and no damage. Groupage cut the client's costs appreciably against a dedicated shipment.

The brief

Carry a fragile consignment in a groupage container. A container like that combines cargo from several shippers, so the consignment goes through consolidation and extra handling — a "Fragile" label is not enough here.

What we did

The work started at the warehouse. Every piece was packed separately and the voids inside the boxes filled; we used sturdy cartons with internal dividers and cushioning. The boxes went onto pallets, corners protected and the load secured. We kept heavy pieces from bearing down on it and liquids away from it, checked the container was dry, and added desiccants. Load distribution and placement inside the container were worked out separately, and the packing and securing were photographed before departure.

Outcome

The consignment arrived intact. Most of the risk was taken out before it ever left — through packing, careful consolidation and proper securing.

The brief

Arrange dependable delivery from Croatia to Tashkent, keeping to the agreed dates with continuous oversight en route.

What we did

We assigned a dedicated vehicle to the shipment. FTL meant no consolidation with other cargo and a route built around the client's requirements. The team coordinated every stage, tracked the vehicle, stayed in contact with everyone involved and saw the cargo through to arrival.

Outcome

The cargo reached Tashkent within the agreed dates. Not every case starts with a crisis — sometimes the best outcome is that the client never had to watch each stage.

The brief

The client, who works in farming, was expanding capacity and had bought a consignment of machinery in China. The equipment shipped without packaging — the job was to get every unit to Tashkent in the condition it left the plant in.

What we did

We prepared the cargo for departure ourselves: our specialists secured every unit rather than leaving that to the shipper. We drew up the full set of transit documents for the international leg and kept the route under watch the whole way.

At the transhipment in Kyrgyzstan we ran into a shortage of suitable transport — the machinery called for a vehicle with particular specifications, and none was free at that moment. The team found one quickly, and the schedule did not move.

Outcome

The whole consignment reached Tashkent on the agreed date and in perfect condition. The client remarked on the quality of the carriage and the attention to detail at every stage.
